Plus, with an appointment, if we don’t get you out in 30 minutes it’s free! While you wait, you can grab a freshly brewed coffee and earn FordPass Reward points. If you can’t make it to the dealership, we offer FREE pick-up & delivery of your vehicle within 15km of Carman. And if you are outside that area, we can still arrange pick-up and delivery, please reach out to us for more details. We also provide a variety of maintenance services to keep your vehicle running smoothly, from oil changes to tire rotations.

From a very young age, I spent time with my father in his business, which was located in a tightly-knit Saskatchewan community, and I learned the importance of relationships and putting people first. I watched how he treated and engaged his team, which shaped my perspective that, without great people that are engaged, you can't accomplish anything.

We take our guest experiences very seriously and we fully understand that, in today's world, the guest has even more choice than ever. So we need to be good at listening and understanding our guest expectations. Our team established "Guest Service Ground Rules", which helps provide a really clear pathway as to what each of our team members needs to do in order to provide great experiences.
